Mrs. Sweeting is a native of Brooklyn N.Y. She started her cosmetology career in 1984 at Wilfred Academy in NY. In 1993, Mrs. Sweeting opened her salon in Nashville, TN with a specialty in Natural Hair. After witnessing the needs of many clients with hair problems due to chemicals, hair loss,etc., Mrs. Sweeting began seeking specialized training in Chemical free hair (Natural) and Natural Hair Care.
Mrs. Sweeting's goal is to help train and prepare students that are serious about hair care.
Sweeting's Cosmetology & Braiding Institute will provide a quality education in the practical skills necessary for Licensure and Salon employment. Sweeting's CBI will also train students in most of the up-to-date styles and techniques being used in the salon industry.
Sweeting's Cosmetology & Braiding institute also provides continued education classes to License Cosmetologist and students enrolled in Cosmetology school wanting to upgrade their skills.
